  Well, they say they're accepting new patients, but you have to wait 20 days to schedule an appointment. Very unprofessional receptionist and they are no t open on time. It's hard to choose a primary care provider, but you'll waste time if you go here.

  My son has severe asthma. Called to have his prescription renewed. Was told no problem we'll call that in for you. Unfortunately couldn't reach the pharmacy before the doctors office closed. When we arrived at the pharmacy. Found NO prescription was called in. We are now spending the evening in the emergency room. Waiting to find out if he'll be admitted again this year. Last year he spent a week in cardiac ICU for the same reason. Thanks so much you wonderful caring incompetent people. I so wish his limited insurance coverage would allow him to see a different doctor. But Obama took care of that option for us.

  Both sides of the coin~very bad and very good. Amber Renn is great~listens, responds, treats you well. Dr. Butler is very nice. Admin staff doesn't respond, does not seem to care, messages go unanswered, referrals drag, call backs are non existent. Shake up DESPERATELY needs to occur in the day-to-day operations of this office.
