- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Wright, Lane and Associates, provided written notification on 8/25/17 that he had informed his office manager to give a full credit to my insurance company for a crown replacement that resulted in a tooth extraction! On 9/29/17, the Lane and Associates Office Manager, Shelby, had still not issued the credit. Dr. Wright sent me a second email apologizing for the delay and stating "The check will be mailed today!" As of 10/11/17, Lane and Associates had still not issued the credit to my insurance company. As of this writing Dr. Wright is not responding to my email request of why this is still delayed. The loss of my tooth because of a simple crown replacement procedure performed by Lane and Associates has been a painful nightmare and I continue to battle over the refund of a crown for which I have no tooth left to even put on. Dr. Wright continues to assure me his employee, Shelby, is processing it!!! It is going on 7 weeks.April 18, 2017by Mary
